UFo is a marketing name for events at the participating speedways and not a sanctioning body.  UFo has no ownership and no employees.  Each speedway is fully responsible for all aspects of their own events, including rules & procedures implementation and payoffs.  Officials that assist with UFo programs are employees of that track.  Participating speedways have no responsibility for events at other participating speedways.  The following guidelines are recommended for UFo events and each track will be responsible for their interpretation, implementation and any necessary variance of the rules and procedures and the final result of their own racing program  The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events.  By participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules as interpreted by each speedway for their event(s).
